S'more Waffle Sandwiches for the Weekend

Coming up with s'more recipes has to exist 1 of my favorite things to exercise. I don't know if it's because they're so elementary / piece of cake with the limited ingredients OR if it'south but that I really, really like toasted marshmallows.

Merely any the reason, National Due south'more than Day is coming upwards fast (this coming Monday, actually), so I wanted to squeeze in a new s'more recipe before sharing a whole bunch of new ones on s'more than solar day next week. Check out last years s'more ideas right here.

Riffing off of last yr's toasted marshmallow waffle sandwiches, I created a miniature s'more version that is even amend.

All yous demand to make your own are some mini waffles (homemade or store-bought), marshmallows, chocolate chips or a chocolate bar, and magic shell. Yum!

FYI, I used store-bought Eggo minis for the waffle portion to keep things easy and rainbow sherbet Magic Shell (!!!). The chocolate chips are really a preference matter. It's not necessary to the overall taste, just information technology does brand them more s'more like. And so you know, you're skillful either style.
